Yes. Rendezo replies to booking messages 24/7 and only offers slots inside the working hours and availability you set.
How does it avoid double bookings?
Before confirming, Rendezo checks the current availability of the selected staff member, chair or room. Conflicting requests are rejected, even when they arrive at the same time.
Can customers book with a specific staff member?
Yes, since v1.1. Define your staff, chairs or rooms, assign services to each, and the AI asks which provider the customer prefers when there is a real choice. "No preference" works too: a free provider is assigned automatically, with parallel calendars per provider.
Can I take over a conversation myself?
Yes. Every conversation is visible in the panel and you can hand it over to a human anytime with one click.
Setup and hosting
Does it run on shared hosting / cPanel?
Yes. It needs PHP 8.3+, MySQL or MariaDB and one scheduler cron entry. No persistent queue worker, Redis, Node build step or SSH is required. A web installer handles setup and updates are completed from the panel after new files are uploaded.
What does setup involve, and what do I need to know?
Rendezo itself installs through a web installer: upload the files, create a database, follow the steps. The longer part is on Meta's side, where you create an app, connect your WhatsApp Business number and issue a permanent token. The included installation guide covers all of it step by step. Setup assumes you are comfortable with cPanel and Meta's developer dashboard, so it is meant for agencies, freelancers and technical owners rather than for a walk-up install.
Is there a live demo?
Yes. A full admin panel demo runs at demo.rendezo.app/admin with sample data, and it resets automatically. It is the real product, not a mockup.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
Rendezo uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API and no unofficial web-session automation. No software can guarantee that Meta will never restrict a number. You remain responsible for WhatsApp policies, customer consent and message quality.
Running costs
What are the monthly running costs?
No monthly fee to us. You pay Anthropic directly for AI usage. Meta charges reminder templates sent outside the customer service window based on recipient market and message category. Actual costs vary with usage.
Which AI does it use? Do I need my own key?
Anthropic Claude, with your own API key (bring your own key). You control your spend directly with Anthropic, we add no markup.

Do I get the source code?
Yes, the full unencrypted Laravel source code is included with every purchase.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Refunds follow the policy of the marketplace you bought from, and beyond that our own rule applies to every purchase: if Rendezo materially does not work as described because of a reproducible product defect and we cannot resolve it, you get your money back within 30 days.
